Brighton Wins President's Award Second Year Running
THE SINGLE STOREY KENZIE 26 WINS 2020 DISPLAY HOME BETWEEN $251,000 - $350,000 AND THE PRESIDENT’S AWARD.
Brighton Homes entered three Display Home award categories and won all three at the Brisbane Master Builders Housing and Construction Awards. The Kenzie 26, Grayson 30 and Aria 37 (all on display at Arise, Rochedale) took home the trifecta, topping it off with the major Presidents Award - making it the second year in a row that Brighton has won this prestigious award – Brighton are extremely proud to take home this major prize once again!

The Brighton team gathered at Brighton’s HQ to tune in to the Awards ceremony as it was presented virtually this year and it ended in a wonderful night of celebration.
KENZIE 26
The single storey Kenzie 26 won Display Home between $251,000 - $350,000 plus the major President’s Award. The President’s Award is a major award presented by the Master Builders Queensland President, Ralf Dutton and recognises a display home judged on affordability, quality inclusions and a home that the everyday Australian can aspire to. The Kenzie 26 display is a mix of contemporary country with modern Australian styling complete with a raked ceiling connecting to the Outdoor Living, a key feature of this home. This versatile design with three bedrooms is perfect for those wanting to start a family or even those looking to downsize.
