8 STEPS TO MAKING YOUR NARROW BLOCK HOME DESIGN A REALITY
Step One - Initial Quote
Discuss your vision with your Building & Design Consultant and have a quote completed.
Step Two - Preliminary Agreement
Sign your Preliminary Agreement and pay your deposit while we arrange soil tests and surveys.
Step Three - Consolidated Tender
Once we receive your reports, a Consolidated Tender (CT) will be produced.
Step Four - Plan Presentation
Your house plan will be ready to review at this stage. If you’re happy with everything, the plan can be signed off on.
Step Five - MyChoice Design Studio
This stage of the build involves turning your house into your dream home using MyChoice Design Studio, which lets you personalise the interior design with your qualified Interior Design Consultant.
Step Six - Contract Signing and Electrical Presentation
Attend your Contract Signing Appointment to review and sign your contract with your Project Coordinator. You will also attend your Electrical Appointment to plan the electrical layout of your home.
Step Seven - Building Approval
Once your contract, colours, and electrical are finalised your plans will be lodged to obtain your Building Approval (BA).
Step Eight - Authority to Commence Construction
After sending your financial lender a copy of your Building Approval, your lender will provide you with an Authority to Commence Construction (ACC) letter, and your home will be ready to commence construction.
