Sign your Preliminary Agreement and submit your deposit as we arrange necessary soil tests and surveys, laying the groundwork for your new narrow lot house.
Once we receive your reports, a Consolidated Tender (CT) will be produced.
Your narrow block house plan will be ready to review at this stage. If you’re happy with everything, the plan can be signed off on.
