Wow! Our journey has come to an end. What can I say! We were so blessed to have such an amazing Site Manager. In all situations, he stayed calm answered all our questions, was transparent with us the whole way through even though I was probably stressing for no reason about particular things. We are aware of the pressure on the industry right now and never once did our Site Manager ever make us feel that, he made us and our journey feel very valued and individual.

Brighton Homes has an amazing process through the building journey - from the initial Sales Consult, to the Pre-Construction phase and the MyChoice Design Studio where you choose all your finishes and fittings. But it’s the final leg, the construction journey, that a client really remembers about a brand as this is the part that brings your dreams to life! I can’t praise or recommend my Super-Star Site Manager ENOUGH.

We have been in our new house for almost a week now! I want to say from the bottom of my heart how truly happy we are with the house! I cannot thank our Site Manager and his tradesmen enough for the work they have done! We are so in love with the place, I keep saying how amazing everyone has been from our sales representatives to our interior designer! 

Our home was finished in less than four months and to a very high standard. What we like about Brighton is the after service.

We have been extremely happy with every aspect of our dealings with Brighton Homes. There has not been one hiccup and the whole process has run so smoothly. It’s been a fantastic experience. All the people we have dealt with at Brighton Homes have been terrific. The whole process has been one where we’ve felt very comfortable and confident with Brighton Homes.

Our favourite thing about the new MyChoice Design Studio was the layout being open planned and the samples for each room were amazing and very accessible. As this is our first-time building, we had no idea of the selections that were available to us, so we went with an open mind. At the appointment both of our consultants were fantastic in fact brilliant, confident, patient and spent a lot of time making sure that we were comfortable making selections with their support.

I went to the site earlier, and I want to comment on the high quality of the site set-up.  I am really impressed.  Compared to other housebuilders in the area, Brighton should be extremely proud.  We have definitely chosen the right company to build our home...

It’s been great sharing our Brighton experience with family & friends. The Brighton team have always been friendly, helpful and approachable, even with an inquisitive toddler in tow. We really felt the “let life in” experience.

We chose to build with Brighton Homes after we fell in love with the floor plan. It was love at first sight for us. The thing that surprised us the most about building with Brighton was the flexibility. Nothing was ever too much trouble.

All the staff at Rochedale are truly professional and very helpful. Andrew worked with us over 4 weeks to give us the plan and specifications we asked for without making any fuss. We signed with Brighton homes on Sunday and looking forward to experience the whole build as first stage was easy and enjoyable.

As first time builders, we cannot rate Brighton Homes and their staff high enough. If it were possible I would give them an 11 out of 10.

We looked around a lot! We originally were going to build with another major builder, had put a deposit down and everything until we found out we had been lied to about what was included as standard. We looked at the Capri 27 and loved it, and discovered that what came as standard with Brighton was the other builders upgrades!

So helpful, so generous with sharing knowledge. So open and genuine to deal with.

I was looking at the display village at Harmony with my sisters, when I saw the Brighton Monterey... I said let’s just look at this last house... I already owned a beautiful house on the water and certainly wasn’t looking to move but the minute I opened the door it took my breath away...

We will have to find an excuse to go see the team at Pallara now that we are moving to selections :) Really glad we moved from another builder to Brighton. No regrets so far. Everybody at each of the other display centre we have visited (Ripley and Rochedale) have all been so helpful and welcoming too! We’ve just had our 3rd home completed - this time with Brighton homes. We are extremely happy with the end result. Our supervisor went above and beyond to deliver a quality home and 6 weeks early!

We visited many displays homes but came back to Brighton Homes as they were the nicest finished homes. We spoke to the Sales Consultant at Killara who was able to assist us with an acreage home that suited our block of land. Then we were able to see the exact display home (Esperance) at Rochedale. We instantly loved the open plan...

We are so happy with our new home. We just can`t thank our Sales Consultant at Harmony enough for his vision as in being able to change a few things and give us the home we wanted on the block we had.

Our Sales Consultant has looked after us with an array of experience, an honest approach and genuinely lovely service. Both he and his Sales Assistant were thorough in replies and both created a great environment in the Harmony office. They are both an amazing asset to the Brighton team.

Building supervisor kept in regular contact with the build progress and his team of tradespeople were exceptional and we thank them all for the quality of workmanship performed on our home. Hopefully this is our forever home now but if we were to ever build again would definitely build another Brighton Home. 

Our house is beautiful and exactly what we envisioned, the workmanship impeccable, the help and support fantastic. I would choose Brighton again in a heart beat.

We have been super impressed by the entire Brighton Homes team - their design & colour expertise and technical assistance has been amazing. We have made a few trips to Brighton Homes' Open Studio which has really helped us refine our ideas and ensure we get the outcome we are seeking.

Choosing Brighton Homes was an easy decision for us. In the display homes, the finishes far surpassed other builders display homes and the standard inclusions were great. Choosing our home design was easy and we felt informed throughout the entire beginning process.

Our build has recently finished and we had handover before Christmas. From the beginning of the build, our building supervisor was awesome. We were building from interstate, so his weekly calls to give us an update on the trades/build process as well as photos uploaded to the portal were so helpful and let us to know where things were up to.

Our consultants have been wonderfully helpful in guiding us through the process. Having our house burn down was an emotional experience. They have been very helpful in preparing the quotation and leading us through the design options. They keep us completely informed every step of the way.

Hassle free experience - unbelievable. Having built new homes before we were expecting some issues and problems to mar the experience. That did not happen with Brighton Homes.

The option to attend open studio sessions prior to my selections appointment was really useful, giving me the opportunity to think about my choices prior to making my final selections.
