After years of planning, Jenna was finally able to build the home that would set her up for the rest of her life. Building the Peace single storey home design part of our Studio Collection, Jenna focused her decision-making on what would make this home the most attractive for future stakeholders. "I have worked in the property industry a long time myself. I always have my investor hat on. Yes, I wanted to create something that I loved that I wanted to live in for a few years or so but it was very much my first stepping stone to get into the property market."

Jenna has had a grand plan from the very beginning and engaged Brighton to build her first home with a clear direction for her future. "For me, the home I have built with Brighton is my first stepping stone. Dipping my toe in the water of the property scene. It's building equity, it's setting me up for my future, it's all of those things and it's helping me get into my next home, hopefully, my next home and my next home! It's building my portfolio so I am very grateful to have had a really great experience with Brighton."

The vision for my home was open plan living

"The favourite part of my house is the kitchen, living, and dining. You know I have the stacker slider and I open that up and I just see my beautiful garden. You know I just love that aspect. I just love being in that room. The light in the room is beautiful. It's just a really nice clean space. It's definitely my favourite."
