The Juniper 27, on display at Covella, Greenbank boasts tropical resort vibes with colours of the earth combined to create a relaxing space and a warm family home. Taking inspiration from a spa like resort, features such as natural stone flooring, timber furniture and pops of green make for an earthy, contemporary home. The single storey design offers a seamless flow from front to back and is perfect for a growing family.

With the front entry set back, there’s plenty of privacy between the home and the street.  When you step inside, the home opens right up to a world of easy living. The master suite is tucked away nicely at the front of the home, you won’t even know it’s there and the separate entertainment room just down the hall is perfect for watching Netflix while the kids are asleep.  

The spacious open plan living, kitchen and dining is the hub of the home, where families come together morning, noon and night. The rear of the home is a stand out feature showcasing a Kids wing where three minor bedrooms and a main bathroom surround the activities – the perfect space for children of any age.

The outdoor living is seamlessly connected to both the activities and living areas with large sliding doors that truly let life in. The Juniper packs a whole lot of fun and style in to one cleverly designed level.

Another Juniper 27 display home has just opened up at Harmony, Palmview on the Sunshine Coast. The same great design with different styling. This display features a fresh Bohemian Coastal style with lots of patterns, textures and pops of colour such as soft peaches and terracotta. Breeze blocks are featured both inside and around the pool area and a stunning Boho geometric patterned tile is used throughout the wet areas.
