The Lexie is a beautiful single-storey design that is compact yet clever. The master suite sits at the front of the home with a cleverly designed walk-in robe and a small hallway that separates the bedroom and ensuite.

The three minor bedrooms, main bathroom and separate powder room are placed in the middle of the home along with an entertainment room so you can settle in for a night of Netflix and popcorn. If all three minor bedrooms is not something you desire, you can easily swap one out for a home office or activity – the choice is yours.

The rear of the home boasts a large open plan living, dining and kitchen, with an outdoor living that sits off the family area for light and breezy entertaining all year-round.
