FANTASTIC IN FACT BRILLIANT, CONFIDENT & PATIENT...
Our favourite thing about the new MyChoice Design Studio was the layout being open planned and the samples for each room were amazing and very accessible. As this is our first-time building, we had no idea of the selections that were available to us, so we went with an open mind.
At the appointment both of our consultants were fantastic in fact brilliant, confident, patient and spent a lot of time making sure that we were comfortable making selections with their support. This lifted the stress too. The appointment definitely exceeded our expectations and we were blown away as they were very honest and had great feedback.
Another thing that stood out even more was the fact that they were not forceful with pricing and product as they understood everyone has a budget.
I would advise that when you attend the selections, make sure you have some idea of what you want and maybe take images with you and most importantly stick to your budget. All in all, when we left the selection studio, we had every confidence and were very happy with the experience.
