PRICE HOLD TO 2024
Price Hold until 2024 is on the base price only and will be locked in for 12 months from the 1st of the following month from when deposit is paid. I.e. If you deposit on any date in Feb 2023, your 12 months will commence on the 1st of March and be held for 12 months taking you to the end of Feb 2024.

BUILD NOW, PAY LATER
The Brighton Homes ‘Build Now, Pay Later’ Promotion is available to eligible customers at the discretion of Brighton Homes Pty Ltd and MyChoice Home Loans Pty Ltd. 6.6kW Solar System with Electric Vehicle Charger (EVC) is available when you enter into a contract to allow the supplier to install the solar system on your roof. The supplier will own the solar output for the first 60 months and you will have the option to buy the solar electricity produced at a discounted rate during this period. After 60 months you will own the solar system outright and have access to all the benefits of solar energy for your own use and to sell back to the grid. You have the option to purchase the system outright at any time. All acreage and knockdown rebuild sites will require an inspection prior to fixing the site costs. Fixed site costs includes slab upgrades over S class slab (M, H1, H2, E, P), spoil removal, piering, rock and rock removal and drop edge beams. Fixed site costs exclude retaining walls, wind rating over N2, BAL and acoustic ratings, flooding hazards and any additional piering required for pools.
