BASE PRICING
Prices effective 18 March 2024. Published base house price for Gallery Collection is based on the Classic facade in face brick, as shown on plans and includes the standard specification outlined in the Already Yours Gallery Inclusion brochure. Published base house price for Studio Collection is based on the Harlo facade in face brick, as shown on plans and includes the standard specification outlined in the Already Yours Studio Inclusion brochure. Published base house price for Elwood by Brighton homes is based on the Haelyn facade with vertical cladding and face brick skirt, as shown on plans and includes the standard specification outlined in the Elwood I’m all Yours Inclusion brochure. Please refer to the specification for any additional materials included in the facade treatment. Full external site costs including connections to services, associated block costs and certainty pricing (which refers to the cost of your slab in greenfield estates) will be quoted following an inspection of your proposed building site. Pricing only applies to homes built in the Brisbane City Council area. Additional fees may apply for construction within other local authorities. Surcharges will apply for construction out of the Brisbane, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast regions (Gympie, Lockyer etc.) please speak to a Building & Design Consultant for base prices in these regions. BUILD NOW, PAY LATER
The Brighton Homes ‘Build Now, Pay Later’ Promotion is available to eligible customers at the discretion of Brighton Homes Pty Ltd and MyChoice Home Loans Pty Ltd. To be eligible, a customer must accept a tender and pay the $5,000 acceptance fee within 14 days of issue, sign a contract for the construction of a Studio Collection home or Elwood by Brighton home within 7 days of issue, appoint MyChoice Homes Loans as the mortgage broker, pay the first progress payment (the remainder of 5% of contract price within 5 days of invoice. If the conditions above are met and a dedicated agreement is included in the construction contract, Brighton Homes will not request payment of any progress payment except the first progress payment until the home has reached practical completion. AIR CON
Ducted air con is an Actron Classic reverse cycle ducted air conditioning system with 4 zones and circular outlets throughout (subject to availability of 3-phase power). Air con size, zones and outlets determined by home size and design. Size of unit, zones and outlets to be determined by Brighton Homes.
SOLAR
6.6kW Solar System with Electric Vehicle Charger (EVC) is available when you enter into a contract to allow the supplier to install the solar system on your roof. The supplier will own the solar output for the first 60 months and you will have the option to buy the solar electricity produced at a discounted rate during this period. After 60 months you will own the solar system outright and have access to all the benefits of solar energy for your own use and to sell back to the grid. You have the option to purchase the system outright at any time. To access the discounted solar electricity, you must have an account with Powershop, who will offer a discount off its standard rates for all solar electricity used for the first 60 months. Customer is free to change electricity suppliers at any time. This offer applies to all standard greenfield developed blocks. Additional costs may apply for Acreage, Knock Down Rebuild or non-standard installations.
STEEL FRAME
Steel frames made from TRUECORE Steel are subject to the manufactures (Bluescope) T&C’s. These can be found at warranties.bluescopesteel.com.au .
CERTAINTY PRICING
Certainty Pricing refers to costs of the slab only. All site costs will be fixed up front in your first quote on all greenfield blocks. All acreage and knockdown rebuild sites will require an inspection prior to fixing the site costs. Fixed site costs includes slab upgrades over S class slab (M, H1, H2, E, P), spoil removal, piering, rock and rock removal and drop edge beams. Fixed site costs exclude retaining walls, wind rating over N2, BAL and acoustic ratings, flooding hazards and any additional piering required for pools.
