HomeBuilder Grant Guarantee
Effective on all deposits taken from 1st September 2020. Brighton Homes does not provide any advice as to your eligibility for any grants and it is important that you seek advice about these matters and keep updated with changes. The grant application is solely the clients responsibility and must be applied for in line with the government criteria. The grant will only be paid by Brighton to customers who meet the government criteria but have been declined by Treasury due to timeframes not being met. Land must register by 31st December 2020. This offer is for a limited time and can end without notice.
Refund of $3,000 preliminary agreement deposit applicable prior to building agreement is signed where plans and colour selections are accepted. Affected by COVID-19 can be established by a medical certificate or a letter of termination of employment or other financial hardship related to the current pandemic. The 20 month period starts from date of the $3,000 deposit. Brighton Homes is committed to innovation and any colour selections made will be open to finalisation at the MyChoice Studio at Loganholme at a later date.
